  • Restore the local demo under strict planning authority checks. Declare only the demo task's audit-artifact directory, the required repository-write capability, and its task resource. Keep external effects forbidden.
  • Preserve ACR example formatting during native release preparation by editing only parsed version scalars. Keep unrelated tool versions and metadata unchanged, and reject missing or ambiguous targets without writing the file.

Upgrade Notes​

  • Upgrade @agentplaneorg/core, @agentplaneorg/recipes, and agentplane together to 0.7.12; internal package pins and runtime version metadata are aligned.
  • Supplied plans may use compact v2 or full v1 input. A plan file is not approval. Mandatory planning policy and missing capability evidence still prevent reuse.
  • Preserve plan_inputs and plan_input_digest when moving task records between installations. Older writers must not mutate records whose immutable supplied-plan provenance they cannot preserve.
  • Repository-policy approval is limited to qualified bounded repository-only work when policy permits it. External effects and uncertain work still require explicit user authority.
  • Legacy schema-version-1 supervisor budget fields remain readable for compatibility, but they are not active spend limits. New execution does not create budget_exhausted stops; task supervisor budget-epoch is retired.
  • cleanup inspect is read-only. Its output does not authorize deletion of dirty or active worktrees, or unrelated repositories.
  • Independent recipes checkouts can be selected by the documented source option or environment setting. Shallow read-only inventory is a fallback; signed runtime catalog verification is unchanged.
  • Roadmap documentation for 0.7.13 and 0.7.14 is planning material, not a claim that those future capabilities ship in 0.7.12.

Verification​

The exact release plan covers 159 non-merge commits from v0.7.11 through 0ca8b380cab196690f0df45433e695adfeba44f0. Each listed change has a separate outcome bullet below or in Added, Improved, and Fixed.

  • The integrated implementation passed all six native verification commands, including full local CI, release-critical tests, package installation smoke, type checking, policy routing, and doctor. Independent review and GitHub Core CI also passed.

  • Installed-package qualification covered six planning scenarios and eight migration scenarios. The concurrent-verification repair has a deterministic red/green regression and repeated concurrency reproduction.

  • Stable candidate publication is gated on release:parity, the task-registry check, release:prepublish, exact-SHA hosted CI, and independent review. Candidate preparation is not publication.

  • Production readback uses the canonical publish-result.json, all three npm package versions, GitHub release assets and checksums, and the required distribution audit. Optional credential-dependent distribution outcomes remain explicit.
